REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has incorrect measurements, please follow the steps below to initiate a return and refund:

Refund Policy for Non-Defective Orders:

90% refund on standard size orders and 60% refund on custom orders.

Return Instructions

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label. You will need to use this label to send the item back to us.

Return Process

Please do not dispose of the box or packaging until you have verified the item is correct. The item must be shipped back to us before we can issue a refund.

Refund Issuance

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund promptly.
