Often times the pillow is not exactly the firmness you anticipated, either too soft or too firm, it is very subjective and difficult to get it perfect. We will go to great lengths to make sure that you are satisfied with your pillow, including adding or removing fill . This is part of our effort to make certain that our customers get what they need.In the event we sent an order different from that specified on the invoice we will pay for ground (not express shipping) back and forth to our customer. If you need an order by a certain date we will expedite our work and give your returned order priority, but we can not pay for express shipping.
