Products purchased from us have a 30 day money back guarantee (-10% restocking fee). If you wish to give us a reason why you wish to return them, we would appreciate it so that we may improve our service or product, but it is not necessary. Obtain an RMA number via phone, fax or email and return the product and ship the merchandise back to us.The consumer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Any cancellations or changes to the order must be made over the phone (toll free 877-374-5569) within the same or next business day (Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm est) of placing the order.

In the event we sent an order different from that specified on the invoice we will pay for ground (not express shipping) back and forth to our customer. If you need an order by a certain date we will expedite our work and give your returned order priority, but we can not pay for express shipping.
